Our Workouts
Both group classes and private training at Seattle Boxing Gym focus on sound boxing fundamentals, solid cardio-conditioning, strength training, and flexibility. Members jump rope, shadow box, circuit train, work various boxing drills, and do one-on-one pad work. Our workouts are designed to improve strength and fitness while learning the fundamentals of the sport.
Our Team
Each of our dedicated and experienced instructors bring their own unique training style, and our class sizes offer individual attention to every member.
